The standard check in and checkout time of our hotel as follows;
• Check in time : 14:00 hrs.
• Check out time : 12:00 hrs.
• For any FIT / Group movement requiring a late checkout up to 18:00 hours, a charge of 50% of room charge per night is applicable subject to availability. For check out after 18:00 hours, a full night’s rate will apply. Both of these facilities are subject to availability based on the arrival patterns at the hotel on the day.
RESERVATION POLICY:
• All reservations must be accompanied by a duly completed reservation request by email for the
Record.
• In case of the group – Voucher/Advance payment (as applicable) along with the Rooming List should
Reach at the Hotel 30 days prior to the arrival of the group.
- Hotel may release reservations if these documents are not received within the stipulated time.
COMPLIMENTARY POLICIES:
• Rooms for children below 5 years – complimentary.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• All cancellation advice must be communicated in writing within the stipulated time.
• Confirmed group bookings if cancel less than 15 days of arrival shall attract 01 night’s room retention.
- Charge on a BB basis.
• FITs booking if canceled on the arrival day shall attract a 100% retention charge on a BB basis.
CREDIT TERMS & POLICIES:
• Company shall undertake to clear all bills rendered by the hotel within 30 days from the submission of the bill.
• All errors and corrections must be intimated to the Hotel accounts Department no later than 07
From the receipt of bills.
• Personal cheque is not accepted for settlement of bills.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
• The rates contained in this agreement are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third
Parties.
